Advantages Of CNC Flat Bed Lathe Machine：
- This machine can use to process castings, steel and small-sized and medium-sized parts of nonferrous.
- They are also suitable for turning external cylindrical, inner hole and end face. In addition it can do groove broaching, drilling, boring and tapping.
- Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by servo motor driven through ball screws.
- Centralized lubrication system in head-stockfor less heating and heat distortion.
- Front end of the spindle adopts three-supporting structure of two-way angular in touch with the ball bearing to improve its accuracy and enhance its rigidity
- Gears in head-stockand guide way are processed by supersonic frequency quenching to ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
- Complete closed cover can protect the iron scraps splashing out.
