Advantages Of CNC Gantry Machining Center BR2018
- The BR2018 is a high-precision CNC double-column gantry machining center. It features a large worktable size of 1600×2200 mm, making it suitable for machining large and complex metal components.
- The machine is equipped with three-axis linear motion (X, Y, Z), driven directly by servo motors. It supports rapid traverse speeds up to 16 m/min and a cutting feed rate of 10 m/min. The spindle uses a BT50 taper with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm, driven by a powerful 24kW motor. Optional belt and gear transmission modes are available.
- It is ideal for high-efficiency machining of molds, structural parts, dies, and aerospace components. With high rigidity and optional manual or automatic hydraulic balancing systems, the BR2018 ensures stable performance and excellent surface finish during heavy-duty cutting.
