- The BR3025 is a high-precision CNC gantry machining center designed for heavy-duty and large-part metalworking. It features a large working area of 1600×3200 mm, combined with 3-axis travel of 3200 mm (X), 2000 mm (Y), and 800 mm (Z), making it ideal for mold processing, mechanical part machining, and complex structural components.
- Equipped with a BT50 spindle and optional ZF gear or belt spindle drive, it reaches speeds up to 6000 rpm. Its robust structure and powerful 24 kW spindle motor allow stable cutting performance.
- The machine utilizes a direct-drive servo system on all three axes and combines linear guideways on X/Y and box way on the Z-axis for high dynamic stability and rigidity.
