- True five-axis linkage capability. Standard RTCP functionality supports single-clamp machining of complex curved surfaces. Dual rotary tables offer ±110° oscillation and 360° continuous rotation.
- Excellent precision and stability. Rotary axis repeatability reaches 4 arc seconds, ensuring consistent batch processing. THK high-precision roller guides and lead screws provide a solid foundation. Optional rotary encoders enable fully closed-loop control.
- Flexible configurability. Supports multiple CNC systems from various brands (FANUC, SIEMENS, GSK, and HNC).
- Powerful cutting performance. An 18,000 RPM high-speed electric spindle with 98.2 N.M of torque. The HSKA63 high-speed toolholder system ensures high-speed machining stability.
