The VMC1890 is a heavy-duty 3-axis CNC vertical machining center designed for large workpieces and high-precision machining. In its standard configuration, it features three feed axes—X, Y, and Z—controlled with full three-axis linkage for complex contouring and part processing.

This machine is capable of machining a wide variety of parts in a single setup, including large plates, structural components, molds, shells, and other precision-intensive elements. It supports processes such as milling, drilling, boring, tapping, expanding, and reaming. With the option to install a fourth-axis CNC rotary table, the VMC1890 can further process intricate shapes such as spiral grooves or multi-face features on rotary components.

The VMC1890 offers an impressive X/Y/Z travel of 1800/900/800 mm and is equipped with a spacious 2000×900 mm worktable that supports up to 2000 kg. The BT50 spindle (φ190 mm) delivers speeds up to 6000 rpm and is driven by a powerful 15/18.5 kW motor. With rapid traverse speeds of 15/15/12 m/min and cutting feed speeds up to 5000 mm/min, the machine ensures both power and precision.

Accuracy is ensured with ±0.005 mm positioning and ±0.003 mm repeatability. It includes a 24-position disc-type automatic tool changer, making it suitable for continuous and automated production in industries like aerospace, automotive, die/mold, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
