- The VMC1160H is a high-performance 3-axis CNC vertical machining center designed for precision and versatility. In its standard configuration, it features three feed axes—X, Y, and Z—controlled with three-axis linkage, providing high-speed, high-efficiency machining capabilities.
- It is suitable for machining various complex parts in a single clamping, including discs, plates, shells, cams, and molds. The VMC1160H can perform operations such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, and reaming. With the option to equip a fourth-axis CNC rotary table, it can handle more advanced tasks like machining spiral grooves and other complex geometries on rotating bodies.
- Equipped with a spacious 1200×600 mm table, a robust BT40 spindle capable of reaching up to 8000 rpm, and a powerful 11 kW spindle motor, the machine ensures high cutting efficiency. The X/Y/Z travel spans 1100×600×600 mm, with rapid feed speeds up to 24/24/20 m/min. It utilizes linear guideways for smooth and precise axis movement, and an arm-type 24-tool automatic tool changer for continuous operation.
