The machine features a 30-degree, integrally slanted bed design, combined with a high-rigidity cast iron structure, ensuring exceptional stability under heavy cutting conditions, smooth chip evacuation, and excellent heat dissipation.
The X/Z axes are equipped with precision roller linear guides and ball screws, supplemented by pre-tensioned supports, ensuring high rigidity, low friction, and ultra-high positioning accuracy and repeatability over long periods of operation.
The standard configuration includes a 12-station hydraulic turret, enabling fast tool changes and precise positioning, significantly reducing non-machining time. An optional hydraulic tailstock perfectly supports the machining of long shaft parts, enabling automated production.
Automatic lubrication of key components and an efficient cutting fluid cooling system ensure long-term stable operation and workpiece quality.
The standard configuration includes a renowned domestic brand, GSK systems. Internationally renowned systems from Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi are also available.
